Slicer

Okay, So we told you about what knives we use when Cutting let’s share how we get our evenly space slices. Of course if you’re a bigger business you’ll most likely be using an automated slicer. But, this is for my small business family or just simple home bakers.

Round Cake Slice

You can get it in the 10/12 or the 14/16

This item is simple to use your not suppose to force it through. it s a simple press on top of the cake after icing it. This gives you the even print on where to cut the slices.

Now for the more in-depth Part of it after you get the print from the press, Its all in the wrist make sure your on a flat surface using your Dexer knife, Keep your wrist straight, cutting the cake in halves. Hitting on the printed lines you’ve made with your slicer

tip; before using, the number on the upside is the number of slices your printing

some people don’t like using the 14/16 because they think its too small but you can also find 10/12 which are definitely a lot more healthy. I’ll also attach the link for that although I think 14/16 are best.
