Only custom cakes need Inquiries.
Deposit secures date and completion of cake, Cake deposit will not be refunded due to cancellations. Funds are used immediately for needed items.
The deposit is used as a commitment, once the deposit is made the date is secure and Material are going to be purchased. Deposits are not refundable, with Cakes. You can refuse to accept the cake, but the deposit will not be returned and no additional money will be taken. Once Cakes are accepted you are now in full commitment to that cake and is now yours we will not refund any money paid for that cake. If driving issues occur it is still your responsibility.
