Bake Pans

Its a lot of request asking what pans I use and how come I don’t slice my cakes in half after I bake them, to make my layer cakes. Reason for doing this is to cut time and dishes. I prefer to wash the dishes and not do the cuts my cakes are too moist for that it will crumble if I tried that.

For slice cakes 9x2in Pans , They give a nice balanced bake and reasonable slices, aluminum density makes a big difference (also, The Slicer fits perfectly on top). It gives you more control over the layers compared to the deep 4in Pans and again no Need to Cut in half my cakes aren’t made to be Handled with aggression. It’s only Love we deal with.
